The primary types of corduroy are
Standard wale: 11 wales/inch, and available in many colours
Pincord/pinwale/needlecord: Pincord is the finest cord around with
a count at the upper end of the spectrum (above 16)
Pigment dyed/printed corduroy: The process of colouring or printing
corduroy with pigment dyes. The dye is applied to the surface of
the fabric, then the garment is cut and sewn. When washed during
the final phase of the manufacturing process, the pigment dye
washes out in an irregular way, creating a vintage look. The colour
of each garment becomes softer with each washing, and there is a
subtle colour variation from one to the next. No two are alike.
1. Good heat retention
The corduroy fabric has two parts the velvet tissue and ground tissue. The warmth of corduroy fabric is very good, because of the longitudinal velvet fabric of the surface.
2. Good stereoscopic effect
This kind of fabric has a round and plump feel, the appearance is
clear, glossy and even, the fiber is wear resistance, the texture
is thick, the warm permeability is good, the moisture absorption is
strong and very comfortable to wear.
3. Wide Usage
Corduroy fabric has wide usages for its drooping and softness
feature, which can build a capable and experienced temperament in clothing, and a fashionable
cozy style in home textile.
4. Color
Dark brown color does not show the dirt, and all-matching for
different complexions. Bright colored with strong color fastness,
to avoid the problem of fading.

same as the samples confirmed .
PRODUCT INTERNAL QC : Our lab will do the test with the shipping
samples of each order. Including Inspection of bondstrength ,
Washing and Dry cleaning, Shrinkage etc. , to make sure the quality
